Our Team

Our team has spearheaded many successful projects “from idea to launch” throughout our careers. We have developed a repeatable process through hands-on experience and learning while at the most innovative organizations on the planet (such as Google), at leading environmental nonprofit organizations, and in the hospitality industry in East Africa (working with community-based eco-lodges and conservation initiatives). We’ve succeeded and failed many times and are humbled by what it takes to really solve complex problems in the world; however, we’re confident that our approach effectively weeds out the bad ideas (which sound good at first) that will never work at sufficient scale.
